Shani Davis Wins Gold In Men's 1,000 Speedskating
Though not widely publicized, Shani Davis was one of the shining stars at the 2010 Olympic Winter Games. Here are some of his recent accomplishments:

The BWA’s, a massive, global internet based effort, accepts nominations from across the globe in over 100 categories, all to celebrate African, African American and Caribbean Excellence Online.
And unlike most other online awards competitions, this one is 100% free.
“It probably comes as no surprise that it’s a lot of work,” said Odogwu Obi Linton, Esq., BlackWebAwards.com founder. “But every year, we receive feedback from website and blog owners all over the world who have benefited from participating in the competition.”
